Top 18 in each age group rolling down to 25th place will qualify for the 2010 Edinburgh ITU Duathlon World Championships.
Online registation is available.
There is a limit of 1,500 total participants for all of Sunday's races (AG Road Nationals, Junior Nationals and the Sport Race), so don't delay making your plans!
